Since our launch in April 2021, we have maintained a flat pricing structure.
After much reflection and dialogue with our community, including feedback gathered, we recognise the need to adjust our premiums to sustain our high-quality service and community commitment. This is in line with how pet insurance is priced globally including our neighbouring countries.
Effective from 3 May 2024, our premiums will be adjusted to reflect the age and breed of pets more accurately, ensuring each member of the Oyen Fam contributes fairly to our strong, supportive pool.
