A few things to know:

• NCD applies to annual plans only (it doesn't apply to monthly payment).
• If you make any successful claim, your NCD resets to 0% at the next renewal.
• For a multi-pet (group) policy: if any one pet in the group makes a successful claim, all pets in that group lose their NCD that renewal.
