Can I buy a pet insurance for someone else? Or for a stray cat or dog?

We're sorry! We also hope to insure all the strays out there but for an insurance plan to be valid, the pet has to be permanently under the care of the pet owner and can not be a stray cat.

However, if the cat was a stray and you have adopted him and her and is now under your care, then yes, you may insure him/her subject to other conditions of our plan like age criteria and others.
