🆕 Latest update: As of 1st March 2024, transaction cost will be charged to all customers.

  • This is the cost Oyen incurs with the payment gateway to process your premium/contribution payments.
  • This fee is charged for all payment methods used.
  • This will not be refunded for any cancellations made.

As of 15th February 2022, stamp duty will be charged to all customers; single pet, multiple pet and monthly premium policies.
