How to update my bank details to receive my claims reimbursement

All approved claims are reimbursed directly to your bank account, so it's important your details are correct and up to date 💛

Your bank account must be a Malaysian bank account in the policyholder's own name (the name must match, or the payment will be rejected). A few account types cannot be used for reimbursement:

  • ❌ Not a foreign or overseas bank account
  • ❌ The name must match the policyholder
  • ❌ Not digital banks such as GX Bank or Aeon Bank
  • ❌ Not virtual banks or cards such as Wise

To update your details, log in to your Oyen account and go to your account settings. If you are not sure where to find it, message us and we will guide you.

Once updated, your next reimbursement will go to the new account 🐾
