What if my pet dog doesn't have a microchip and there is a claim?

Dog Insurance

It is compulsory for pet dogs to be microchipped in order to qualify for Oyen Pet Insurance. If the claims submitted does not come with a microchip ID, unfortunately, your claim will be rejected by our insurance partner/Takaful operator.
