Can I switch to monthly payment at the time of renewal?

Yes 🐾 At renewal, you're free to reassess whether you'd like to pay yearly or monthly, and you can switch to monthly payment at that point.

Important if you're on auto-renewal: if you want to change between monthly and yearly, you'll need to do the renewal yourself, rather than wait for auto-renewal. Auto-renewal defaults to charging your previous payment method and frequency, so it won't switch you across on its own.

If you're switching to monthly, please do this more than 14 days before your policy expires. We start attempting auto-renewal charges 14 days before expiry to prevent a lapse from a failed card charge, so making the change earlier keeps everything smooth.

One more thing to note: the No Claim Discount applies to annual plans only, so if you switch to monthly you won't earn NCD for that period. Let us know your preference at renewal and we'll set it up 💛
