What is the deadline to submit my claims to Oyen?

New claim

We strongly encourage you to submit within 7 days of your visit to the clinic so that you and your vet have clear memory on what happened~

We totally understand that life can get busy, and sometimes you might need a bit more time - don't worry, you have up to 30 days to submit.

Follow-up claim

If you have scheduled follow-up visits after your first visit, it is best for you to compile your documents and submit them as one. That way, we can review everything at once and have all the details we need to ensure a smooth claims experience!

A quick note on timing

The policy itself asks you to let us know about a likely claim as soon as reasonably possible, and to send the completed form together with your documents and bills. The 7-day and 30-day guidance above is Oyen's own recommended timeline to help your claim move smoothly, so please treat it as best practice rather than a hard policy cut-off. Submitting early always helps, because it gives us time to follow up with your vet if anything is missing.
