When you pay your insurance premium to Oyen, here's how it works:

• Pet Insurance: The insurance premiums you pay are processed and transferred to our insurance partner, MSIG Malaysia. As an authorized agent of MSIG, Oyen does not retain your insurance premium and is not responsible for any claims payments. However, we assist in submitting your claims to MSIG and manage any follow-up. We are committed to supporting you through any claims process when your pet friend gets ill or injured.
