How to Claim Vet Costs & Documents Needed

After the treatment is completed, please make sure that the following details are presented on your vet medical bill and receipt:

 
• Cat's Name
 
• Cat Owner's Name
 
• Itemised Bill showing clear breakdown of medical cost
 
• Date of treatment

Once you have the completed medical bill in hand, login to your Oyen Account to complete your claims submission under the "Claim your bills" tab. Complete the form and click on submit to file your claims with us.
