Oyen Takaful Kucing is a Shariah-compliant product, while Oyen Cat Insurance is a conventional insurance product. The main difference is the underlying contract and principles. Takaful operates on the principle of mutual assistance, where participants contribute to a common fund to help each other in times of need. Conventional insurance operates on the principle of risk transfer, where the risk is transferred from the insured to the insurer in exchange for a premium.
