We're sorry to hear about the loss of your pet. Please keep the receipt from your vet or any undertaker service provider for handling your pet's funeral expenses and/or handling charges.

Log in to your user dashboard at https://oyen.my/account/oyen-log-in, then submit your claims in the Claim section of your user profile. Remember to select "Funeral Expenses and/or Handling Charges" under nature of claims.
