Unfortunately, you cannot transfer an existing pet insurance policy to another pet or another owner. If you have a new pet, you'll need to purchase a new insurance policy for them. Similarly, if you are transferring ownership of your pet, the existing insurance policy cannot be transferred to the new owner. However, you may cancel your insurance policy and receive a pro-rated refund. The new pet owner can then buy a new insurance policy for the pet.
