In most cases, the better route is not to create a completely new empty pet profile. If you are continuing cover for the same pet, we usually recommend buying back or continuing the correct policy route instead of starting a brand new profile from scratch. This helps avoid confusion with your pet's history, past documents, and claim records.
If there is an unusual reason a new profile really has to be created, do not worry. We can help recover the old details and update them into your account where possible.
