The Oyen Pet Wellness Plan (previously known as the Oyen Preventive Care Plan) was discontinued in October 2024. We stopped accepting new sign-ups at that time, and all existing Wellness/Preventive Care plans have since been completed and fulfilled as of October 2025.
There are no ongoing Wellness plans remaining, and Oyen is not planning to relaunch a wellness or preventive care plan.

The Oyen Pet Wellness Plan covered routine and preventive treatments for cats and dogs, including vaccinations, deworming, deflea treatments, and basic health checkups. It was a separate product from Oyen Pet Insurance, which covers illnesses and accidents.
The Preventive Care Plan was rebranded to the Pet Wellness Plan on 3 October 2023. Both names refer to the same product.
Oyen currently offers two pet insurance products:

No. The Oyen Pet Wellness Plan was discontinued in October 2024 and is no longer available for new sign-ups.
No. All existing Wellness plans have been completed and fulfilled as of October 2025. Renewals are no longer possible.
No. Vaccines, deworming, deflea, sterilisation, and routine health checkups are considered preventive care and are excluded from both Oyen Pet Insurance and Takaful Kucing. These plans only cover illnesses and accidents.
There are currently no plans to relaunch a wellness or preventive care product.
