Submit Cat Vet Docs After Buying the Policy?

Yes, you can! Please upload your pet's valid vet medical ID (or Vet Neuter / Vaccination Receipt) on your Oyen Pet Profile within 7 days after paying for your pet insurance policy.

If we do not receive a valid document before the deadline, the policy may be cancelled automatically. Though, if you need more time to submit your documents, do let us know and we're happy to speak with our insurer to extend the deadline for you! :)
