How do I submit claims for multiple conditions, visits, or vets?

If your furkid has been to the vet for more than one thing, or seen more than one clinic, here's how to submit so everything is processed smoothly 🐾

Same pet, different vets, same condition: Submit these as separate claims. Each vet's bill goes in on its own so each one can be assessed correctly.

Same pet, two or more conditions on the same receipt or visit: Submit these as one claim, and clearly note in the claim description that it covers more than one condition. If you don't, the vet won't know what to validate, and that causes delays. So please list out every condition clearly.

A note on reusing a receipt: A receipt can be reused for a different pet's separate claim (for example, if one receipt covers two insured pets, you attach it to each pet's own claim). But you can't combine two pets into one claim, and you can't submit the same claim twice for the same pet.
