I can't log in or didn't get my verification email: what do I do?

Often this happens because Oyen's emails were previously marked as spam, or unsubscribed from, so our emails can't reach your inbox.

Please try this first:

  • Check your email settings to see if Oyen is marked as spam or unsubscribed. If it is, our emails can't get through, and this is something we can't bypass on our end.
  • Check your spam or junk folder too, in case the email landed there.
  • Make sure you're checking the email address you signed up with.

If it still doesn't work: Message us and we can help change your email address so future emails come through properly.

Email deliverability matters because we send important things by email, including policy changes, updates, notices when a card can't be charged, and renewals. So it's worth getting this sorted, and we're happy to help 🐾
