Documents to Prove Cat Ownership for Takaful

Any one of the following can constitute as a formal documentation that can be submitted to Oyen for your cat’s Takaful certificate contribution:

1. Vet medical ID, like vaccine card (Stating your name and cat's name)
2. Vaccination Receipt/Report (Stating your name and cat's name)
