Can I pay manually if my monthly auto-debit fails?

Yes. If your auto-debit did not go through, you have two ways to settle it.

Preferred: through your Oyen account. Log in, go to Billing, choose View, then Edit, and update your payment method. A debit or credit card works best. The system will then collect the overdue amount within 2 to 3 working days.

Manual bank transfer. If you are having trouble with the account method, we can share our bank details for a one-off transfer. After you pay, send us the receipt so our finance team can match it. Please note it takes about a working day for a manual transfer to show on our side, so confirmation comes the next day.

Clearing an overdue amount matters because claims are put on hold while a policy is overdue. Once it is settled, everything continues as normal.
