How do I cancel or retract a submitted claim?

Submitted a claim and need to pull it back, maybe you spotted an error or attached the wrong document? No problem 💛

To cancel or retract a submitted claim, you can either:

  • Reply to the same email that was sent to acknowledge your claim was received, or
  • WhatsApp us

Just let us know your Claim ID and that you'd like to withdraw it (and why, if you'd like to re-submit correctly).

A couple of helpful things to know:

  • You can't submit the same claim twice for the same pet, so if you're re-submitting, we'll make sure the original is withdrawn first.
  • If you're correcting a mistake, have your updated document ready so we can guide you on re-submitting cleanly.
