Can I upgrade or downgrade my Oyen plan?

You won't be able to change your Oyen Pet Insurance plan during the current policy period. However, you may choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan when it is due for renewal after 1 year. If you decide to upgrade, any health conditions you’ve previously claimed for will maintain the same vet medical limit as your previous plan, while new or unrelated conditions will follow the limits of your upgraded plan.

Example for Cat Plan

First Year:
 - Plan: Cat Basic
 - Vet Medical Limit: RM4,000
 - Claimed Condition: Pancreatic condition

Renewal:  
 - Upgraded Plan: Cat Plus
 - New Vet Medical Limit: RM6,000
 - Limits:
   - Pancreatic condition: RM4,000 (same as previous plan)
   - New/unrelated conditions: RM6,000

Example for Dog Plan
