A cashback code is a nice little reward, and here is how it works so there are no surprises.
- Where to enter it: type it into the "Apply referral code" field at checkout when you renew or sign up.
- Type it exactly, all in small letters. Our codes are always lowercase, so enter them exactly as given. If a code does not apply, the most common reason is a stray capital letter or an extra space.
- It is cashback, not a discount. You will not see the total amount drop at checkout. You pay the normal amount, and the cashback comes to you afterward.
- When it arrives: we email you the cashback as a Touch 'n Go reload pin about 7 to 10 business days after your successful renewal or sign-up. You redeem it in your TNG e-wallet.
- Do not miss it: the email states an expiry date for the pin, so redeem it before then.
If you renewed and did not receive your pin after 10 business days, message us and we will check.
