How do I get a receipt or e-invoice for my premium?

MSIG will send the receipt or e-invoice to you after your premium is processed.

If you do not receive it within 1 month, please reach out to us and we will help check and follow up for you.

When you message us, include your policy ID, the policyholder's name, and the email address linked to your Oyen account so we can trace it faster.
