We understand why that would feel simpler, but we are not able to net one against the other. Your premium payments and your claim payouts are two different types of money and have to be managed separately, so the remaining premium is settled on its own, and the claim is paid out on its own.
The good news is that your claim is already approved, so once the remaining premium is settled, your payout comes through within 3 to 5 working days. If settling the premium is tricky right now, just tell us and we will find an arrangement that works for you.
