Can I transfer my policy to the new pet owner?

Policy Information and Guide

Unfortunately, you will not be able to transfer an existing pet insurance to another owner. However, you may cancel your insurance policy and receive a pro-rated refund. And the new pet owner can then buy a new pet insurance policy for the pet. :)
