Yes, you may submit claims from any registered vet clinic in Malaysia. A vet clinic in Malaysia is defined as a registered veterinary surgeon registered with Malaysia Veterinary Council in accordance with the Veterinarian Surgeons Act 1974 with a valid current Annual Practicing Certificate or a temporary permit to practise in Malaysia.
If you are a vet doctor yourself, unfortunately you will not be able to claim for insurance for your own pets under your own medical care. :( You will have to visit another vet doctor for your claim submission to be eligible.
